In a small coastal town Vinišće, by the shore lies the villa Sina. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from the crowds and busy everyday life, this villa is the right choice for you. Relax with an idyllic sea view and pristine nature and rest your soul and body.This spacious, modernly decorated villa can accommodate up to 12 people. If you want to spend your vacation with family and friends, but also keep your privacy, villa Sina is the right choice for you. The house consists of three floors, there is a separate apartment on each floor with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and the living room. Relax with an enchanting view of the sea in the privacy of the balcony on your floor, as each floor has a balcony with garden furniture. The villa has a total of six bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed in each room, and the other three bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room. On each floor there is air conditioning in the living room which is free of charge. In villa Sina you will feel like home, because a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, iron and many other facilities are dispositional. If you are coming to a vacation with a baby, there is also a cot available for you. In order for your vacation in Villa Sina to be complete your pet is also welcome, with no extra charge, only with prior announcement in the agency.You can spend time with your loved ones with a variety of water activities at the outdoor pool and an outdoor shower is also available. Complete common dinners and gatherings with delicious grilled dishes, prepare fish or meat and enjoy the beautiful view of the crystal-clear sea and pristine nature. If you wish to refresh oneself in the sea, the pebble and concrete beach is just a few steps away.Although the road to the villa is narrow, access by car is simple. There is also a private parking for five cars next to the house.Upon arrival to the villa, keep in mind that you check in after 14 h and check out no later than 10 h. You will be welcomed by an exceptionally friendly owner who speaks English and Italian. When checking in to the villa you will be required to pay the deposit. If there is no damage at the time of departure, the deposit will be returned in full.Vinišće is a small coastal town not far from the historic town of Trogir. Well known for its beautiful beaches, clear sea and untouched nature. Take a walk through this small place and get to know each corner, and those eager for fun will be delighted by the fishermen's evenings and other festivities that are organized in the place. These festivities are characterized by traditional local food, fresh grilled fish, homemade wine and good music. Marina is the nearest bigger place where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and the like, and is 6 km away. You have about half an hour drive to Trogir by car, so do not forget to visit this "City Museum". Numerous historical and cultural monuments will delight history lovers. Be sure to visit the old town center, Kamerlengo fortress, saint Mark’s tower, sculpture of Blessed Ivan Orsini, chapel of St. Jeronim, palace Ćipiko, renaissance church of Sv. John the Baptist, Radovan's portal, museum, pinacotheca and many others. From Trogir you can also take a boat trip, so visit the islands of Brač and Hvar and the National Park Kornati. Beautiful seaside town of Rogoznica is only 20 km away. There is the famous marina Frappa and the natural phenomenon, the salty lake Zmajevo oko. If you do not mind an hourly ride, visit the largest town of Dalmatia, Split. This 1700-year-old town, is built on the foundations of the famous Diocletian's Palace. Numerous monuments and sights testify to the turmoil history of the city.
