Holiday cottage in an advantageous location approx. 60 metres away from one of the finest, sandy beaches of Bornholm. The cottage has been rebuilt and renovated in 2006. There are 2 big, modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and 4 bedrooms. Big living room with much light and access to a secluded terrace. Modern, open kitchen area with all that you need within kitchen hardware. You almost live on the white, child-friendly beach. Nearby you have Snogebæk, the charming fishing hamlet with many restaurants, shops and a smokehouse housing the famous pub called Sørens Værtshus. In the vicinity you have windsurfing and tennis facilities, and at a distance of approx. 6 kilometres an 18-hole golf course. No letting to youth groups.
