The house has a kitchen, bathrooms, beds (two with elevation) and decoration from autumn 2012. The decor is modern Danish style cottage with kitchen/living room in open concept, three bedrooms, mezzanine, two bathrooms, swimming pool with slide, whirlpool, sauna and open as well as closed terrace. The large windows ensure the best possible light throughout the day so that the rooms appear bright. The owner has with a steady hand and good sense of quality matched colours and furniture so that any stay in the house is comfortable. One of the rooms are equipped with TV to your own game console or DVD player.

Two air-to-air heat pumps installed respectively in the living room and pool room ensure minimal costs for heating, while an air-to-water heat pump heats the swimming pool. You can there expect low expenditure throughout the year.

The site is a gently uhilly plot with good opportunities for outdoor activities such as sunbathing, barbecues or playing with the kids. The area is one of the west coast's most sought-after. The magnificent scenery, the beautiful dune area, the very short distance to the beach and sea combined with the ability to visit Lønstrup make the house the perfect choice for families who want peace and quiet during their holiday. At the same time, it is possible to easily visit the town. There is also a short distance to many of Northern Jutlands exciting attractions.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
