The fully equipped kitchen area includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The home offers three bedrooms inside (two with double beds and one with twin beds, plus a cot) along with a separate annex featuring two additional single beds. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating provide added comfort, one of which includes an indoor whirlpool. An energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and electric heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Outdoors, the living area opens directly onto a terrace equipped with a garden grill for evening barbecues. The expansive plot includes playground items for children and a cozy fire pit in the garden for relaxing under the open sky.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
