The living room is in open concept with the kitchen that has a large window section towards the pool room and the terrace in front of the house. The well-appointed kitchen has i.a. dish washer.

There are 3 bedrooms of which one is suited as a family room with 4 beds.

The terrace is fenced which means you can let the dog run free. On the plot you will find swing, sandpit and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).

The house was partly renovated in 2012 and is suited for families who appreciate the location and are looking for a large pool for the children to splash in.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
