Approximately 250 m from the beach and sea and with sea view from the living area on the 1st floor you will find this holiday cottage as the last house before the beach by the attractive Saltum Strand. The house is very tasteful with art on the walls and all interior in high quality Danish design. The house is on two floors and has kitchen in open connection with the dining room. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a spacious living area on the 1st floor. There are also two extra beds. South/west facing terrace bordered by dunes and with good shelter. The plot is bordered to the west by the beach and on the north by a magnificent, protected natural area - a great playground for the kids.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
