With a magnificent view of the natural area to the west, this 2-storey holiday cottage with whirlpool lies in an exciting new resort on the southern edge of Løkken. The house is very spacious and decorated in modern Danish style with large windows on both floors, which ensures a very bright house with maximum lighting. Kitchen/dining room in open concept, living room on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 partially separate mezzanines with mattresses. In addition, full bathroom on the ground floor and guest toilet on the 1st floor. From both the ground floor and 1st floor there is access to both the east and west facing terraces or balconies. In the area around the house is a playground, and there is plenty of room for other outdoor activities. The location is within easy walking distance to both the beach and Løkken centre. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
