Holiday cottage in split levels with a whirlpool and a sauna located on a natural plot with a view to protected areas and the ocean. The house has both a covered and an open terrace with garden furniture. No letting to youth groups.

The spacious pool area has a 20 m² swimming pool, a whirlpool for two persons and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer. From here you have direct access to the sauna. The house has another bathroom with a sink and a shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Well-equipped kitchen with a dish washer, microwave oven and cooker with ceramic hubs. The kitchen is combined with the living room from where you have a view to the pool area.

The bright living room has quality furniture, a wood-burning stove, stereo system and flatscreen TV with a receiver and a DVD-player. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and two of the bedrooms have a flat screen TV and a PlayStation.

Cot, high chair, sandpit and swing for the children. The house is suited for one family or two families sharing.

Hvidbjerg Strand and Høfde 4 (gourmet restaurant) are within walking distance of the house. In addition, there is a rich wildlife in front of the house in the form of deer, hares, foxes and bird life in general.
