This spacious well equipped holiday home has a large lovely plot with a wonderful ocean view, located in the edge of Svanesund on the southeast side of Orust.

(Please be careful and avoid walking barefoot around the cottage because the owner has changed the roof and there may be small pieces of building material in the grass.)

Here there are plenty of spaces for two families or larger companies who want to enjoy the many amenities of this holiday home during all season of the year. The holiday home has a large patio where you can relax and enjoy your holiday and admire the view over the ocean, and if it gets a little chilly you can all move to the conservatory or the wood burning bath barrel which is situated under the starry sky.

The holiday home was renovated during 2012/2013. The ground floor contains a small bedroom with a bunk bed and private entrance, perfect for children and youngsters. There is a small living room with TV corner and sofa bed. The relaxation centre is connected with a sauna along with shower and laundry.

On the entrance level you can find a bathroom with a shower and two separate fresh WC, a bright kitchen area with connection to the spacious living room which is equipped with fireplace, TV and an exit facing the new fine patio. The two bedrooms on this floor are brightly colored and one of them has a sliding door facing the conservatory.

There are walking distance to two fine bathing spots with cliffs, bridge and sandy beach. Close to restaurants, entertainment and other kinds of service in Svanesund. If you feeling for shopping, Stenungsund offers around 60 different shops which you can reach trough a car ferry.
Take the opportunity to experience the beautiful archipelago with all small fishing spots around Orust. There are plenty of events on Orust like festivals, jazz days, music weeks and plenty of activities of both children and adults. You can take the ferry to the picturesque islands Käringön and Gullholmen.
The large city of Gothenburg is approximately 70km south of your holiday home, where you can visit the famous amusement park of Liseberg.
The holiday home has satellite TV and free internet.
