Holiday cottage located in the scenic surroundings at Tranum Strand. The house was built in 2009 and decorated with an open-plan kitchen and living room, bathroom with whirlpool, sauna, guest toilet with shower and both a covered and open terrace. The decor is bight in modern Danish cottage style. The living room is furnished with a tastefully furnished sitting area with TV and a separate dining area off the kitchen. The plot is well utilised and the large windows that ensure a completely optimal natural light make staying indoors on cooler days will be pleasant while the hot sunny days probably will be spent on the terrace or the plot itself. There is a very large terrace, partially covered and with plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities, such as sunbathing, games and play with the kids or evening fun around the grill

With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area:

Football golf with 9 holes

Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area

Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf)

Soccer goals

7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut

Petanque court

Huge sandbox

Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw

When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea.

Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.
