Well located activity house with modern interiors and minimal energy consumption for heating. The house is located on the edge of a newer, scenic vacation area and overlooks a large open space. The house consists of kitchen/living room in open concept, three bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and both covered and open terrace. In order to ensure the lowest possible energy costs there is a pellet stove and air-to-air heat pump. The decor is bright, modern and tasteful. The large windows in the living rooms provide the best possible daylight throughout the day, while there is direct access to the terraces. For entertainment there is an activity room with billiards, table footbll and airhockey in a combination table, exercise bike and table tennis. Outdoors there is football goal and swings and sandbox. The plot is a large, open plot with excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as playing with the kids, sunbathing or evening fun around the grill. From the house, garden and plot you have nice views of the countryside and the beautiful Fosdalen.

With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area:

Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area

Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf)

Soccer goals

7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut

Petanque court

Huge sandbox

Orchard with 150 fruit trees

When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea.

Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
