The house has a minimalistic design and exquisite materials. There is a modern kitchen with open connection to the dining section and living room. From the living room you can access the 150 m² terrace. Access the outdoor whirlpool from one of the bathrooms, where you also find the sauna. The whole house has floor heating and is heated efficiently and energy friendly with geothermal energy.

There is a 20 m² covered area outside where you can barbecue not matter what the weather is like. The house is within short distance of restaurants, shops and golfing.

This is an allergy friendly house. No pets allowed. No letting to youth groups.
