Pool area, where, besides swimming pool with a swim coach (a kind of wave and current machine), there is a whirlpool, sauna and heated floors. There is also an energy-saving air-to-water heat pump which can also be used as air-conditioning.

The four comfortable bedrooms have ample closet space and good beds (box-mattresses). In one bedroom there is a TV. There are Blu-ray system and PlayStation.

Kitchen area including microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with 60 litres freezer. There is a pellet stove which can heat the entire house for less than DKK 50.00/day during the winter (pellets can be bought at the house, there is a manual)

In the garden there are swings, a sandpit, activity tower with slide and petanque court at 3x12 m. 45 m² covered terrace with a great opportunity to enjoy the sun.

The house was built of quality materials including a heat recovery system that ensures a very low energy consumption. No letting to youth groups.

Deposit of DKK 4,000 must be paid on arrival by card, cash or Mobile Pay
