A south-facing, sheltered and secluded holiday cottage with a large yard, located by the fjord on the beautiful island of Lepsøya with scenic surroundings. The house has been frequently renovated throughout the years. The house has three terraces/verandas: A 9 m² terrace with a panel face, a 13 m² terrace with an awning, connected to the living room, and a 9 m² veranda on the 2nd floor. The sea is 100 metres away and the harbour is 900 metres away. Here is a 20 ft Dolmøy boat with 50 hp Johnsen 4-stroke motor with electric tilt and Lawrence Elite 5 chartplotter/GPS/sonar, available for rent. The steady boat (6 metres long and 2,5 metres wide) has an open cubicle with 5 seats, 10 rodholders and is suitable for 4 people fishing with 1 in the cubicle. The fishing conditions here are excellent. Go fishing in between sheltering islands or on the open sea. Life jackets are included. There is a covered fish cleaning table with running water and lights. The house has kitchens and living rooms on both 1st floor and 2nd floor, so that two families can live separately if desirable. One double bed is 120 cm wide. The bedroom with 2 beds on the 2nd floor has a curtain in stead of a door. The small white shack is a storage for owner. Gas grill. 800 metres to a small, white sandy beach. The highest point on the island has an altitude of 480 metres, and gives you a great view. You can go hiking directly from the house.
