To reduce energy costs and for environmental reasons, the house is constructed as a low energy house where the power for heating, for the pool and for hot water, is mostly taken from the sea. Natural and environmental products are used in consideration of the inner and outer environment. The large and well equipped house consists of two living rooms, five double bedrooms with possibilities of two extra beds, a 15 m² pool, whirlpool, sauna and two bathrooms, as well as indoor and outdoor storage rooms. The house has an exquisite interior with furniture and appliances of high standards and modern design. The dining room is connected to the kitchen on the 1st floor. Eat together with good friends while enjoying the stunning view of the fjord and harbour. The modern fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on cool days or when returning from long days on the water. The living room on the second floor is equipped with TV, DVD, stereo system and an office room. Enjoy the broad selection of channels, listen to your favourite music, carry out necessary office work or use the internet to research the myriad of activities in the area. Motorboats are available for rent. Life jackets of different sizes and several fish cleaning tables available. Gas barbecue.
