Holiday cottage located on beautiful plot approx. 200 metres from the water. Perfectly situated in the beautiful area that has a picnic area overlooking the sea.

On the beach approx. 20 m from the water there is a terrace. Good beach with perfect swimming conditions. As an asset extra there are to kayaks available from mid May to mid October (usage at own risk/insurance). Picnic area with views of the Great Belt.

The house, built on 2 levels, has a golden facade and charming thatched roof. It is tastefully decorated with a combination of new and antique furniture, providing a cosy atmosphere.

The ground floor has tiled floors with underfloor heating and is furnished with large kitchen/family room with dining area, sofa area, bathroom and utility room and 2 bedrooms.

From the hallway a staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a living room with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV with satellite, DVD player, VCR and stereo with CD player.

The living room has direct access to a large balcony with stairwell to the garden. On the 1st floor are 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom with corner whirlpool and sauna.

There are many activities for children including playground, soccer field, etc.
