Amid Himmerland's beautiful and varied countryside is this holiday cottage of 420 m² with 60 m² garden. The house was built in 1960 and has undergone a renovation of the entire property in 2008 and today it stands as a holiday residence equipped with every conceivable modern facilities.

Payment of consumption, cleaning and deposit (DKK 3000,-) must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house.

The house is located undisturbed on a 3000 m² plot with great views over the fjord and the whole area. The house has room for 14 people divided into 6 large bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms. 40 m² living area located at 1st floor with wonderful views. There is also a TV that can be used with the DVD player. There is also a stereo system on the 1st floor.

The focal point of the house is the 80 m² large pool room with 21 m² swimming pool and children's pool and large whirlpool. House and pool are heated all year round. 50 m² large activity room with billiards, table tennis and bob etc. 85 m² large living room with wood-burning stove in open connection to the kitchen with all possible facilities. In addition, 40 m² living room with sweeping views of 1 floor.

There are 2 large terraces and 6o m² garden with direct access to the lawn where there are swings and sandpit and trampoline for the kids (usage at own risk/insurance).
