A charming, older angler's cottage with a magnificent location approx. 20 metres from a private beach and outdoor playing field. 45 m² covered terrace. 180 degree view of the sea. There is a pool table, PlayStation, table football and electronic dart. Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary facilities. Bath tub in one of the bathrooms. The beach has perfect conditions for surfing and kiting and attracts a lot of people because of this. No letting to youth groups.
