The house has an impressive swimming pool room which is provided with a swimming pool with a water slide, a large built-in whirlpool and an entrance to the sauna.

In the activity room there are plenty of games for guests to challenge one another, such as table tennis, air hockey, billiards/pool, darts and table football. There is also a PlayStation2.

The living room is tastefully furnished with quality furniture, a wood-burning stove and a large flat screen TV.

Utterly spacious and well-dimensioned, the house contains 3 distinct bedroom sections, all three consisting of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is furthermore a mezzanine with ample space.

The 3000 m² natural plot encourages outdoor activities. The garden is equipped with a sandpit and a swing for the smallest guests and plenty of space for play. Its basketball hoop, two handball loops and beach volley court invite you to a ball game.

There are several sunbathed terraces with garden furniture surrounding the house, one of which has an area of 48 m².

Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
