The living room has tile floors with underfloor heating and carpets and is heated by the wood-burning stove. There are PlayStation, DVD player, stereo set with CD player and TV with international channels.

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating.

The house is located on a 2500 m² large natural plot approx. 600 m from the ocean. There are large terraces surrounding the house with plenty of opportunities to find shelter and shade.

No letting to youth groups.
