You can hear the sound of the ocean in the distance from the plot and there is room for various ball games. The house is spacious and has older furniture. Hall and large living room connected to the kitchen. From the living room, with wood-burning stove, you have access to a large, partly covered terrace. There are 4 bedrooms and a room with passage from which you have direct access to the plot with swing.
