Well located holiday cottage, with its own beach , located in the first row only approx. 10 m from the Limfjord. The beach is very child-friendly. Here you can enjoy your dinner on the terrace while you are almost sitting in the shallows.

The house is bright and well-appointed with tiled floors in the living room and bedrooms and heated tile floors in the bathroom. From both the house and plot there is a unique panoramic view of the water. The living room has a flat-screen TV with Danish channels and connected satellite dish with many German and some English channels. There is a stereo with CD player.

Open and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, modern ceramic hob and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower cubicle and underfloor heating. For a cool summer there is a wood-burning stove to help spread a pleasant warmth. There is a washer and dryer. There are terraces on all sides of the house, which offer a fantastic panoramic view of the Limfjord and the scenic surroundings.
