The area:
Karrebæksminde and Enø are rightly known for being one of the most exquisite holiday destinations on Zealand, because it has so much more to offer.
It is an active place for both children and adults, where you are given an indescribable uplifting atmosphere by the environment which is surrounded by the best beaches, a protected meadow and nature reserve, a beautiful fjord which is the water connection to Næstved, forest and Basque slopes as well as an active and idyllic harbor with a drawbridge.
Within 15 km there is a wide range of attractions - including Gavnø and Holsteinsborg Castle, Herlufsholm Boarding School, Næstved's historic town centre, Susåen, 2 golf courses and Bonbon land.

The location:
The property is located on one of Enø's old and highly sought-after beach plots - an idyllic and enriching place where there is a free choice between relaxation, activities or experiences for everyone regardless of what age group you are in.
The property is located in the second row towards the sea (southwest) and thus sheltered from the wind. There is a limited sea view from the house. To the north/east and the fjord, you have a free and beautiful view over the natural meadow and thus no housing / neighbors.
On the exercise side, there are particularly good conditions for hiking and running, golf, cycling and all types of water and sailing sports on either the rolling sea or the quiet fjord.
The area also offers a brand new multi-sports facility, sports hall, church, 2 supermarkets.
There is a half-hour bus service to Næstved which takes 10 minutes and if you have a little more time, the tour boat "Friheden" is highly recommended or a nice 10 km bike ride along the fjord.

The property:
Built in 1936, but 90% rebuilt in 2007. The last 10% was rebuilt at the end of 2017 / beginning of 2018. Public water and drainage are installed. Heating is via heat pump and electric/water based underfloor heating.
Internet - unlimited consumption - wi-fi. TV for streaming via apple tv.

There is a flagpole, lounge area (4 seats) with fireplace/grill, 4 dining areas in the front garden, 4-6 dining areas in the back garden, 2 sun loungers, Fat Boy hammock (max. 1 person/90 kg), Char-Broil gas grill with 5 burners, Weber kettle grill and Eva trio grill, outdoor shower with cold and hot water, various bicycles and scooters, swimming/bathing equipment, toys, games and kayak on the property.
Heated outdoor spa pool is NOT included in the rent, but can be used for an additional purchase of DKK 1,200 per living.

Ground floor consists of an entrance with double door, tiled floor (underfloor heating), wardrobe and access to cafe terrace. Covered (glass roof) terrace with kitchen, 4 dining areas, tiled floor (underfloor heating) 2 double doors to terrace and backyard, fridge freezer, induction hob, built-in oven, combi oven, dishwasher, 2 coffee machines (espresso and nespresso), blender, toaster, dishes etc.
Living room with chaise longue sofa, dining area (4-8 seats), flat screen TV. Children's room with sofa bed / double bed (160x200) and desk. Bedroom with double bed (140x200), 2 wardrobes and stairs to loft. Loft with 2 folding mattresses / sleeping areas. Toilet / bathroom with tiled floor (underfloor heating) shower cubicle, window and towel rails.
Annex with double bed (140x180) (NOT included in the rent, but can be used for an additional purchase of DKK 1,200 per stay). Small installation room with washing machine.
