Bryggargården flexible family living by the sea

Bryggargården is perfect for large families with different ages, with enough space for everyone, for me-time or social. Set in the middle of picturesque Råå, minutes from the sea with mile-long sandy beaches.

We offer 4 bedrooms, a large light kitchen for 10-12 pers, 3 living areas and a lovely hidden tiled courtyard. We have parking for 2-3 cars. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free holiday. We have 2 sofa beds for 4 extra pers.

The space
Bryggargården got 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 3 separate living room areas, fully fitted kitchen with seating for 10-12 persons. Outside table and chairs and sun-loungers.

Sleeping arrangements
4 bedrooms with room for additional beds.
A common area with double sofa bed, and 2 single futon beds (which can be moved).
2 further sofas which can be made to beds excl the living room sofa and a baby travel cot.

For children: toys, books and games for boys and girls.
For teenagers: games and table hockey.
For babies: potty, child table seat, cot.

Guest access
All parts of the house apart from a locked store room. All the garden and outside space, apart from one parking space reserved for the lodger Michael.

Other things to note
The house has been added on over the years hence its split downstairs with a walkway through it into the inner yard.

The house can be accessed to the left through the front door into the hall, living room, kitchen and utility room, to the right, the annex with a further living area with sofa bed and futon singles and 2 bedrooms and shower room.

The upstairs can be accessed via stairs from both sides, one set of stairs are quite steep, the upstairs hold a further living area with sofas (can be made into beds) and a work area with sockets for laptops and the 3rd bedroom as well as another shower room (this with angled ceiling so head hight is low in some parts.

The outside has a secluded inner yard with table and chairs, the lodgers Michaels front door face the inner yard which he uses for access to his home. There is a small garden at the back which is mostly used for parking. Bikes are stored under the guest house, there are some beach and garden toys for younger kids.

We love this area. We have spent all our holidays in Skåne with our children for over18 years so we have a lot of experience of the best Skåne can offer. There is so much around Bryggargården and it caters to different generations and interests. Here are some of the things we recommend. Bryggargården is 3 min walk to the sea, 5 min to Råå harbour. There are great beaches with piers and Råå Kallbadhus for a cold dip and sauna if you dare! You can grab a robe and just wander down.

There are some amazing restaurants nearby just 2-5 minutes from Bryggargården. Really perfect to just walk out to and have a big friends and family meal or an intimate dinner if you have snuck away from the kids!

Boat and sailing– it is 5 minutes walk to Råå harbour and Marina where boats can be rented but they have to be pre booked, or you can book a space on the fishing boats. Our kids took one week sailing lessons at the marina sailing school and really enjoyed it.

We are also 5 min walk to Skåneleden for those who want to hike both inland and out after the sea. –

There are 2 golf courses within 5 min by car or 2 mini golf courses 5-10 min walk along the sea.

For children, teenagers and all the rest of us there is a ‘Jumpyard’ 5 min away, or Sweden’s first military track 3 min by car or 10 min by bike.
