Welcome to our brand-new summerhouse, built by EBK in 2026 and set on a beautiful wooded plot in the peaceful and charming holiday-home area of Hald Strand.

This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday close to nature. The house is just 300 metres from the sea, and a pleasant walk through the quiet holiday-home neighbourhood takes you to a wonderful beach. Here, you can enjoy an early morning swim, walks along the shore or a peaceful evening overlooking the sea. It is a place to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy spending time together.

Light, Scandinavian Style and Modern Comfort
The 90 m² summerhouse is designed in a light Scandinavian style, with large windows that let in plenty of natural daylight and create a lovely connection between the house and the beautiful mature trees surrounding it. The interior combines modern comfort with a warm, rustic atmosphere, making the house feel both stylish and welcoming.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, from leisurely breakfasts to delicious dinners with family and friends. You will find high-quality pots and pans, a coffee machine, a kitchen mixer, a dishwasher and much more. The kitchen is also well suited to baking fresh bread and cakes or preparing a lovely meal using seasonal ingredients.

Plenty of Space for Family and Friends
The house has three bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms have double beds measuring 180 cm and 160 cm respectively, while the third bedroom has two single beds, each 80 cm wide. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hanging space and shelves.

There are two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and toilet. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine, making the house suitable for both short stays and longer holidays.

Outdoor Living and Relaxation Among the Trees
The house opens onto a lovely 33 m² terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors on warm summer evenings or simply relax with a good book. An outdoor shower makes it especially pleasant to rinse off the saltwater and sand after a day at the beach, or after a run.

The wooded plot and mature trees create a wonderful sense of privacy and closeness to nature. Enjoy peaceful mornings, birdsong and long, light summer evenings in tranquil surroundings.

Beaches, Nature and Activities Close at Hand
Hald Strand is an excellent base for a holiday combining relaxation and outdoor activities. Take the bikes for a ride along the quiet local roads, enjoy long walks along the coast or head out onto the water in the kayak when the weather is right. Bikes and a kayak are available for guests to use.
