Large and roomy house with plenty of space for as many as two families. 7 km outside of Valmermarsvik. The house is located on a small hill in the middle of a farm land. The elevated location is surrounded by lawns and a flatter area suitable for play and games.
400 m to the lake where you have a row boat. Free fishing access in the lake. A small beach and charming beach house is also included. Large forests around the corner, open fields and lovely little village roads. Plenty of wildlife such as moose, deer, rabbits, boars and rare birds can be seen frolicking around. 20 km to the baltic sea shore, access to the archipelago and the picturesque towns of Västervik and Söderköpig.
