This modern ground-floor holiday flat offers views of the Baltic Sea and the marina, and can accommodate up to 12 people. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto the terrace. Four bedrooms have double beds, whilst another has two single beds; a sofa bed provides two additional sleeping places.

Three bathrooms ensure comfort: one with a sauna and shower, one with a spa bath and shower, and one with a double rain shower and steam bath function. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. A flat-screen TV is provided in every bedroom and in the living room. A Blu-ray player, stereo system and bioethanol fireplace complete the facilities. The kitchen also features a wok hob.

The promenade, harbour and sandy beach are perfect for walks and a holiday by the water. With binoculars, you can watch sailing boats and ships on their way to the Kiel Canal. Furnishings and the type of coffee machine may vary. A car parking space is included with the flat.

The activity centre, with its indoor play area and blacklight mini-golf, is free of charge for DanCenter guests.

Thanks to its spacious layout, the flat is ideal for large families, groups of friends or multi-generational stays. Shared meals, relaxing spa moments and evenings on the terrace make for a stay that is as sociable as it is restful.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
