Large city villa located in the popular and calm district "Østerby" in Skagen. The villa is located with walking distance to Grenen, Vippefyret (lighthouse) and the popular beach "Sønderstrand".

The villa is divided upon 3 floors and 152 m2. On the 1 floor there is 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the main floor there is a lovely kitchen, two coherent living rooms and a guest toilet. In the basement there is one bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a large laundry room with washing machine and a dryer.

The house is suitable for a large family, with lots of room both outside and inside. The villa is surrounded by more terraces with garden furniture, where the family can enjoy each other's company playing in the garden or dining on the terrace. Skagen city center is in short walking distance from the house. Here you will find nice shopping and dining possibilities as well as many attractions, the marina, the beach and activities for the whole family. 

The bakery and the butcher is located a short walk from the house as well as Skagen's Museum (the art museum), Ancher's Hus, Brøndum's hotel, Bamsemuseum (Skagen´s teddy bear museum) and the Water Tower.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
The house has a carport available.
The house is only rented out to families. 
Optional final cleaning is available for an extra fee. 
Mandatory consumption fee for electricity, water and heat per. day is required. 
Cleaning of the barbecue is not included in the price and is the responsibility of the tenant (also for ordered or mandatory final cleaning).
