Holiday home for 4-6 persons, in Skagen city center. Exciting holiday home in the old mill house from 1880. 

The house is carefully renovated with many fun and interesting details.

The hous´105 m2 is divided on two levels. On the 1 floor there is two double bedrooms. On the main floor, there is an extra bedroom, a large and light living room with television combined with a dining area, a lovely kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

A lovely shared yard, with a nice atmosphere is available outside. Here you can easily have a little chat with your neighbor. 

The house also has access to a small terrace in front of the house to the east - with garden furniture. Sunny at morningtime and in the middle of the day.

The house located in short walking distance to a lovely beach, the marina, Skagen´s brewery, Drachmanns house, Skagen´s historical museum and a small forest.

Right outside the door you will also find a nice bakery, so you can enjoy freshly baked bread every day.

Skagen´s many retail stores, crafts, museums and other attractions can be reached by foot in 15 minutes.

Grenen can be reached by car in 15 minutes, by foot it will approximately take an hour.

It is allowed to bring one dog.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
One free parkingspot available.
