A lovely holiday home with furniture, colors and decoration from the 1960-70's. The holiday home is from 1957. 

The holiday home has two bedrooms. One is furnitured with a 3/4 bed (140 x 200 cm) the additional bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (lower bed 140 x 200 cm., upper bed 90 x 200 cm.) suitable for both adults and children. A light bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink, a smaller kitchen with a cozy dining area and all the nessary equipment. The kitchen facilities also includes a microwave, located in the scullery where the washing machine also is found. 

The living room -the heart of the house, is furnished with a lovely dining area with a gorgeous piano which guests a free to use. Opposite from the dining area there is a cozy sofa corner with a TV and coffee table, where you can play a fun cardboard game with the family or whats a movie together. From the living room there is access to a very nice and large garden with a lawn and a large covered terreace with garden furniture.

The property is a 600 m2 large, serene ground, surrounded by a close-cut hecke. The holiday home is suitable for four people who seek an unformal and relaxing atmosphere in walking distance to most attracctions in Skagen.

Just across from the home, you will find Skagen Tennisclub. As a guest, you book a the outside tennis field for a fee.

In short distance to holiday home you will reach the sandburied church, the living proof of the sandstorm in the 1600. One km from the holiday home, you will reach Kystmuseet (the local history museum) where you can find proof of the many shipstrandings in Skagen. Furthermore, Drachmanns Hus and Krøyers Hus is also in short distance from the holdiday home. Drachmanns Hus is today a museum where you can go inside but Krøyers is only open for guests one day a week in the summer. 

Skagen dune plantage with lots of different routes for bicycling and hiking is located 700 meters from the holiday home. A recommendable bicycling trail is Hulsigstien, taking you over the Hulsig moor. Mountain bike trails is also available in this area. Skagen kajacclub is  found south from the marina, here you can get some information about the condition of the sea.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
One parking spot is available directly by the house. Additional, there is room for two cars on the road infront of the house.
TV with Scandinavian and German channels.
Mandatory consumption fee for electricity, heat and water pr. day.
A bathroom with a shower.
Final cleaning is available for a fee.
Smoking only in the conservatory and outside allowed.
