Located close to Ancher's House and The Art Museum of Skagens is this spacious, older house at 200m2. The original house dates all the way back to 1842, has been expanded several times and holds a long and interesting history. It has, for instance, previously been a bakery and a shop - Winter's Bageri. The house was last renovated in 2001.

The house has two floors and with lots of space for a big family.

On the groundfloor are two of the house's five bedrooms located. One is furnished with four single beds and the other with two single beds. Moreover, a small hall/hallway, bathroom with a shower and toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer, older kitchen with kitchen island along with a dining area and a sitting room with a staircase to the 1st floor all located on the groundfloor.

On the 1st floor, three bedrooms, of which one is funished with two single beds, the other with two singlebeds pushed together which then creates a double bed and the third bedroom with a 3/4 bed (140 x 200 cm). Bathroom with bathtub and toilet along with a big and open common area with a small sitting room area are also found on the 1st floor.

Fantastic location that is both close to the city center, beach and the lovely nature area around Grenen, Denmark's outer most point, where the two seas Kattegat and Skagerrak meet. Sønderstand, the best beach in Skagen, can be reached by a short 10 minute walk from the house. The beach can be enjoyed both during the summer and during the winter. For some amazing days with sunbathing and a cooling dip in the sea in the sommer. During the winter, lovely hikes or a cold dip i connection with Skagen Vinterbaderfestival (Winterbathing festival) in January, are ideal.

No more than a short walk from the house, you'll find Skagen city center with a large selection of retail stores, Skagens Bryghus (The Brewery) along with the city's many cafés and restaurants. In a short distance from the house you'll find the famous Slagter Munch (Butcher Munch) and baker, which ensures a fresh supply of both bread and cold cuts for breakfast and/or lunch every day. If you wish to go out and enjoy your lunch or dinner in historical surroundings the famous Brøndums Hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the house.
