The house is perfect for two families, multiple generations, or a large family wanting to vacation together. The house is beautifully and stylishly modernized, with well-utilized space, featuring five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is a large kitchen/living room with plenty of space to be together and enjoy indoor coziness, possibly with the warmth from the wood stove on cooler days.
From the living room and kitchen of the house, as well as from the terraces on the property, you can enjoy the beautiful view over Kattegat. The garden invites for relaxation and play, including a sandbox and swings for the children. There are several opportunities to sit outside and enjoy the good weather, relax in the deck chairs, or enjoy some of the holiday meals.
Just 150 meters from the house, a path leads down to the beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach, and from here, you can walk along the promenade towards Sæby Marina and town center, where a wealth of activities and city life take place during the summer months.

THE AREA:
In the area around Sæby, there are plenty of opportunities for active holidays, such as tennis and golf in the nature surrounding Sæbygaard Castle. From the summer house, it is only 150 meters to the sandy beach. Here, the promenade leads to Sæby harbor and the town center. In the center, there is a good selection of retail stores and restaurants in the pedestrian streets and at the harbor. The old town with its beautiful, well-maintained houses, the Fishermen's Path, and the harbor, where there is a pleasant environment and atmosphere, must be experienced.
In North Jutland, there are many exciting attractions and sights for the whole family. Sæby Miniby shows the town center as it looked around 1900. Sæbygaard also contributes to Sæby's history with its historical setting. In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower and the Bangsbo area are worth a visit. And if you drive further north to Skagen, the little ones will be thrilled with the Teddy Bear Museum, and you must also visit the Skagen Museums, the Grey Lighthouse, and Grenen. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium and Fårup Sommerland are big hits with the children.
