The holiday home is beautifully and stylishly furnished with a strong focus on quality and offers all modern amenities. Spread over three floors, it features excellent natural light and peaceful surroundings. From the top floor, you can enjoy panoramic views of both the sea and the town. The house is located on Skagen’s west coast between Gl. Skagen and the town center.

The top floor features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with access to balconies on both the north and south sides. A lovely dining area and cozy TV corner create a welcoming atmosphere, and a small workspace is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

The first floor includes a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a 3/4 bed – as well as a bathroom. Both ground-floor bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. There is ample storage space in the entrance and hallway.

A large MENY supermarket with fresh baked goods is just a short walk away.

THE AREA:
Gl. Skagen with Solnedgangspladsen, Ruths Hotel, and Restaurant Hyttefadet is 3 km south. In summer, enjoy stunning sunsets here.

Skagen’s attractions and Grenen are just a short drive away. The town center is 3.5 km away. Grenen is 6 km away – the last stretch can be walked or reached by the Sandormen.

A scenic coastal walk to Grenen (2–3 hours) is highly recommended.
