The apartment is 80 m2 and consists of two levels where one is a loft. Classy and stylishly decorated. Classy furniture and quality is the keywords for this apartment. Amazing kitchen-dining room and living room with beautiful windows and light, a bedroom with a double bed, lovely large bathroom with a shower and a lovely loft, where there is room for two children. The beds in the loft are built under a sloping wall, therefore it is more suitable for children.

From the kitchen-dining room and living room there is access to a lovely rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is turned toward north opposite the pedestrian street. 

The apartment is in the middle of the pedestrian street where you will find many retail stores, restaurants, cafés and the community center with a cinema. The apartment is very suitable for those who prefer a city break in lovely Skagen. Attractions such as Skagen´s art museum, Ancher´s house and Drachmann´s house, the marina, pubs and live music places are all in short distance to the apartment.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
