The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, and dryer—everything needed for a hassle-free holiday. A modern bathroom features a shower, underfloor heating, sink, and WC.

Step outside and enjoy 1,140 m² of natural grounds, complete with a furnished terrace, covered dining space, barbecue grill, and play equipment for children. Electric heating and a heat pump ensure year-round comfort.
