Well-equipped kitchen connected to the dining room. 2 living rooms makes it possible to relax in peace and quiet in one room, and watch TV in the other. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
