On one of the best settings on the coast of Halland you will find this newly produced, beautiful and modern holiday home, with only a short walk away from the beach.
This holiday home can accommodate both the large family and even two. The plot is in a residential area next to a green area. Here are several seating areas which you can choose from, and where you can enjoy the sun in every direction or enjoy some outdoor activities.

On the large beautiful ground floor there is a bright and spacey kitchen well equipped with dining area with floor-to- ceiling windows that provides a lovely view, a fully tiled bathroom with shower walls made of glass and a laundry room.
Inside the large living room there are several seating areas, an angle area with glass walls that creates closeness to the garden and green area outside. The windows have slatted blinds in case the sun proves too strong. There is also a beautiful stone wall, and next to the staircase which leads to the upper floor there is a cozy fireplace where you can warm yourselves when the weather is a little too cold.

On the second floor there is an additional living room with a cozy sitting area, sofa bed and an exit to a balcony which faces the green area. There are three bedrooms on this floor, with six beds combined. Two of the bedrooms have access to a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. There is a lovely additional bathroom on this floor with a bathtub and shower. The "bubble-funktion" does not work but you can use it as a regular bathtub.

The whole holiday home have tiled floor with under floor heating and a central vacuum cleaner. This house is equally comfortable summer or winter, with plenty of parking space nearby.

Glommen has a picturesque fishing/ boat harbor. If you want to travel to some nice sandy beaches there are several of them north of the community.
You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg.
The surrounding area is perfect for small lovely walks and bike rides along the Kattegatt bicycle trail.
