Very nice holiday home of 105 m2 located in the popular Tornby. The house is situated on a 3150 m2 large and hilly nature plot, from which there is a view to the sea. The house dates from 2003 and was renovated in 2008.
The house consists of a beautiful bright kitchen with dishwasher and various white goods. From here there is direct access to the cozy dining area. Beautiful living room with lovely furniture and wood-burning stove and access to a lovely furnished conservatory. Lovely bathroom with shower, spa, sauna and floor heating. The house has 3 bedrooms with room for a total of 6 persons - 1 with double bed, 1 with 3/4-bed and 1 with two single beds. There are wooden floors throughout the house and smoking is not allowed. In addition, there is an energy-saving heat pump in the house that can heat on cool days and is used as air conditioning on hot days. Free wireless internet. Mandatory final cleaning is charged to the price.
The cottage has a beautiful 25 m2 large partly covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. From the house there are only 600 meters to the long white sand beach and 2900 meters for opportunities for shopping, harbor visits and dining options.
