The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.
The pool area (pool size: 6.0 x 3.0 x 1.3 m) is directly connected to the living room, allowing you to keep an eye on swimmers from the comfort of the lounge. There is also a hot tub and underfloor heating in the pool area, with access to the terrace from the pool room. The lovely bathroom has a large shower niche, washing machine, tumble dryer, sauna, and underfloor heating. Additionally, there is a guest toilet.
The house offers sleeping arrangements in three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with single beds, along with a mezzanine with two mattresses. For younger guests, there is a changing table, swing, and high chair available. The house is equipped with a heat pump with air conditioning function, and there is a carport and internet (4G).
