200 metres away lies Sula Havhotell with a restaurant and spa department: There is jacuzzi / whirlpool and sauna for 6 people (NOK 500 per time to use these facilities). There is also a coin solarium. Use the weights, rowing machine and treadmill of the gym free of charge. Table tennis and billiards are also free of charge. You can rent a room with air guns at NOK 1000 for 2 hours with a supervisor.

The apartment is at the top of a warehouse. The 68 m² large apartment has two bedrooms and the three single beds can be combined. The living room is 25 m² large with a kitchen section. From the living room you can enjoy the view of the village. There is a 56 m² large open terrace outdoors. There is another living room that is shared with the neighbour apartment. 42 inch TV with Astra1 (hundreds of European channels).

There is a shop and café on the island. There are approx. 70 inhabitants here but the tourists in summer increase the number of people by a lot.

There are several boats available for rent. Boat no. 1 and 2 (which there are 2 of): 19 ft Kvernø (aluminium boat) with 50 hp Honda 4-stroke motor. Boat 1 and 2 have GPS, chartplotter, sonar and 5 rod holders. Boat 3: 15 ft Lasse with 4 hp motor, NOK 500 per day or rent for a week. THE BOATS MUST BE REQUESTED WELL IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL. A rowing boat can be booked at NOK 350 per day or 2500 per week. All boats are located by a floating dock 20 metres from the apartment. You can also rent a survival suit at NOK 350 per day or NOK 300 per day if you rent it for a week. Inflatable life jackets are NOK 300 per week. Rent a paddle boat for 2 people at NOK 350 per day or NOK 1500 per week. The kayaks and canoes are also available for daily rent. A modern fish cleaning room with water, lights and freezer available. There is also a room for drying fishing clothes.

The house is not suitable for children under the age of 12 because of the dock and stairs. At departure you need to empty and clean the fridge. Cups and plates must be cleaned and put in place. Ferry departures 4-5 times daily. It takes between 40 and 90 minutes. Last ferry from Frøya is at 18.00 on Saturdays. Alternatively guests can be picked up from Dyrøya by agreement. January usually has nice weather for fishing. You only pay for the boat the days it can be used - daily price is weekly price divided by 7. Baby cot / high chair is NOK 250 extra per week including linen.
