A secluded holiday home with a wonderful panoramic view, and with close proximity to excellent fishing conditions.

The cottage is open between the kitchen and living room. It is located on a hilltop with a big yard. The cottage has been upgraded several times since 1974. Satellite dish with many European channels.

Walk from the cottage and straight into the forest where you find signed hiking trails. The tallest mountain on Bømlo is 474 metres high. A beach can be found 3 km away, or you can "jump" in the sea 80 metres from the house. There is a lake 1 km away with trout. The archipelago also offers great fishing all year round. There is a 300 litre freezer and space for equipment storage. The boats are 200 metres away. Several of the boats are shared with unit 87708 and you should therefore book boat at the same time as the house to make sure you get the one you want.

The following boats are for rent: an 18 ft Rana540 with a 60 hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor (from boat and motor from 2012), electric tilt, Garmin 7 inch GPS/chartplotter/sonar and 4 rod holders. 16 ft Askeladden boat with 60 hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor, Humminbird 7 inch Helix 7x GPS/chartplotter/sonar and 4 rod holders. A 20 ft Otrea 600 outboard boat from 2017 with 100 hp Yamaha 4-stroke motor, Lowrance 9 inch Elite 9TI, GPS/chartplotter/sonar and 5 rod holders, heating, only available on request. Life jackets included in the boat rent. NB! Book your boat when booking the house, as they are also available for unit 87708.

Parking 40 metres away connected to the house by a relatively steep stairway. You can transport luggage and groceries through a cable line next to the cottage.
