A cozy house located just 15 km outside of idyllic Gränna, in a peaceful environment with views of the lake and a lovely flowering garden. A secluded sandy beach for swimming is available in Lake Ylen just 2 min walk away. The house has a large and a beautiful terrace and inside there's a living room with a fire place, kitchen, and a modern electric incinerating toilet. Upstairs is the cozy mezzanine but please note that the stairs are very steep. The garden is well kept and calming, perfect for plays or relaxation along with a great barbecue area on the back of the house. The surrounding are has several walking trails in a very cozy ambience. Close to Jönköping with lots of shops and cafés.
