Newly renovated holiday home with amazing view over the marina in Skagen.

The holiday apartment has the city's absolute best view of Skagen's lively and busy marina. Large windows in the entire width of the apartment provide a completely unique experience of everything that takes place at Skagen Harbor and you have a direct view of the red / white Bindesbøll Fish Warehouses. Today, the beautiful buildings house many small eateries as well as Skagen's well-known Skagen Fiskerestaurant (seafood).

From the front door, you enter a large hallway with plenty of room for outerwear. From the entrance there is also access to a small guest toilet. Beautiful stairs lead up to the 1st floor, where the holiday apartment is furnished. There is NO access with footwear on the 1st floor.

The holiday home's extremely gorgeous 125 m2 has a spacious kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms each with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), which are placed together as double beds. Lovely, bright bathroom with shower and toilet and extra two beds on the loft above the kitchen-dining room. There is access to the loft via a wall-hung ladder that is pulled out on the floor when it is to be used. From the kitchen-living room you have direct access to the northwest-facing balcony with garden furniture.

From the spacious kitchen-living room you can keep an eye on both the large fishing vessels and the smaller fishing boats, the yachts and the huge cruise ships when they dock in Skagen. You can also follow the trucks, filled with goods and fish boxes, whizzing back and forth along the quay. The nearest quay are only 50 meters from the apartment itself.

When you arrive and have had a chance to empty the car, you will no longer need a four-wheeled vehicle. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment: The pedestrian street with the many specialty shops, restaurants and cafes, such as Jacob’s Café, Kokkenes or Greens. In the summer, you must make a pitstop at Iscafeen for homemade ice cream. Bolcheriet (the candy store) is also worth several visits. Here you can follow the production of the most delicious sweets and buy a large selection to take home.

Next to the apartment you will find Cykeludlejning Skagen (bike rental) if you feel like exploring the area and the beautiful nature by bike. Skagen Sønderstrand, Skagen's best beach with lifeguards in the summer, is only 1.500 meters from the apartment. If you visit out of bathing season enjoy a  trip to Grenen, Denmark's northernmost tip.
