Maison de vacances en Skagen

A lovely 1. floor apartment, located within short distance to the pedestrian street, the marina and the popular art museums of Skagen. Private entrance from the ground floor, following a staircase leading to the 1. floor. On the opposite side of the entrance, there is a small yard with garden furniture. The yard is shared with the occupants on the main floor. 

The apartment is furnished with a cozy living room with a sofa corner, television and a lovely dining area. From the living room there is access to a small southern-turned balcony with a magnificent view over the town and part of one of Skagen's oldest streets "Sct. Laurentii Vej". The street leads you to the pedestrian street, the town center and many of the restaurants and cafés in Skagen. 
Lovely and functional kitchen in a delicious design, is furnished in the middle of the holiday home. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting on one of the bar chairs. The two bedrooms, both has sloping walls. One bedroom is furnished with a closet, a double bed and a 3/4 bed. The other smaller bedroom, with direct access to the living room, is furnished with a double bed and a small closet. 
The holiday home is perfect for a nice family vacation or for two couples on holiday together.
It is possible to rent the ground level apartment (020143) as well, adding six additional sleeping places.

A five-minute walk away from the holiday home, you will find "Rådhusbageriet" and "Krages bageri" (both local bakeries) where you can by freshly baked bread and cakes. Multiple art crafts and galleries is also located near the holiday home. Just across from the holiday home lies Skagen Glasværksted (A glass workshop and store) where you could by a souvenir. When visiting Skagen, a must experience is to visit Grenen where the two oceans Skagerak and Kattegat meets. On your way out to Grenen you will pass by "The grey lighthouse, Centre for migratory birds", here you can enjoy the view over Skagen from the top of the lighthouse. Do you have a particular interest in birds and ornithology you should definitely visit Grenen, where the birds migrate every spring and fall. 

One private parking spot in the yard by the house is available. Additional cars can park alongside Sct. Clemensvej.
