Amazingly nice holiday home, stylishly furnished with beautiful details and a great location in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, 1500 meters from Skagen town center. 

Outside you will find a lovely secluded courtyard with nice garden furniture, a barbecue and a daybed for sunbathing or a nice afternoon nap under the umbrella. There is direct access to the courtyard from one of the living rooms, through a large glass-door. In the summer the glass-door can be left open and connect the yard beautifully together with the living room. 

Two of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other two is furnished with 3/4 beds. A large dining room that invites you to spend lots of cozy hours around the table, dining, playing or talking. In connection with the dining room there is a combined office/living room. The kitchen includes all the neassary modern facilities. From the kitchen there is access to three of the four bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has direct access to the northwest facing terrace.

From the living room – with a wood burning stove and television – there is access to the last bedroom and the second bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Good parking conditions, with 4 parking spots available directly by the holiday home.

PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA:
Skagen Bryghus (the brewery) is only a short walk from the holiday home. The community centre Kappelborg with an outside skating ramp, cinema, concert hall and library is a mere 15 minutes walk.

The marina, the art museum of Skagen, Ancher's hus, Drachmann's hus, several of the city's many art galleries as well as glass workshops and the pedestrian street with the city's many retail shops are all within a radius of 1.5 km. from the holiday home.

Grenen is a must on your holiday bucket list. A five minute trip by car and approx. an hour by foot (4.2 km from the holiday home).

One dog is welcome.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
TV with Scandinavian and German channels.
Mandatory consumption fee for electricity, heath and water pr. day is required. 
Mandatory final cleaning.

Rema 1000 (supermarket), located a two-minute drive away from the holiday home.

Frederishavnsvej Station (stepboard) 1300 meters from the holiday home.
