Here in the heart of beautiful "Småland" just outside Mariannelund lies this house on a shared plot with the owner.

The house has a large kitchen with dining area. One bedroom with two single beds and a smaller living room with comfortable seating. From the kitchen, the stairs lead up to another living room with sitting furniture and TV. Upstairs there are also two bedrooms both with two single beds in each room. Fresh WC / shower room with a washing machine.
Perfect for families with children!

Around the house there are great areas for play, games and nice lazy days in the sun. Outdoors there are outdoor furniture and globe grill.

The house is close to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby with Katthult, Lönneberga and all known fairytales from Astrid Lindgren.

Nice and family-friendly bathing area about 2 km from the cottage. If you want to rent a rowing boat and fish, it can be arranged on site via the homeowner. Weekly fishing licenses are purchased at the resort.

Plenty of nice hiking trails in wonderful Swedish nature. Magnificent and beautiful nature with plenty of berries and mushrooms at the right season. With a little luck, early morning you can see both elk, deer, deer and maybe a fox. To be sure to see elk there are two moose parks in the immediate vicinity (Tuna and Målilla).
