Welcome to this great holiday home, situated on an elevated plot with a view of the sea! The holiday home is centrally located, in the town of Kungshamn, and within walking distance of summer season activities, as well as bathing locations.

Your holiday home is a small and homely room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, on the bottom floor of a charming fisherman's cottage. The rest of the cottage is empty so you will have privacy and you will have the garden to yourselves. It's located a mere 30 metres from the sea and includes a large, furnished terrace from which you can admire the delightful view of Tångenrännan with it's little angler's houses. It's a 200 metre walk from the cottage to the lovely bathing spot Tången, with it's cliffs and sandy beach. You will also find little bridges leading to other islands.

Kungshamn and Smögen offer an array of activities such as charter boating, fishing, swimming, and the beautiful wildlife park Nordens Ark, a park with endangered animal species. Or why not visit the indoor swimming pool and spa Tumlaren? Golfers will enjoy Sotenäs Golfklubb. Sotenäs has a top notch 27-hole golfing course. The holiday home is set high up on a mountain and you reach it by climbing a long set of stone steps.
