The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area forms the natural heart of the home, featuring a wood-burning stove, a cosy dining area, and a comfortable lounge space with sofa, wicker chairs, and TV. From the living room, there is direct access to several terraces facing south and west.

The ground floor also offers a large bathroom with bathtub, as well as a bedroom with double bed and direct access to the terrace. On the first floor, you will find two additional bedrooms with single beds and small balconies, along with a second bathroom.

THE AREA:
Just a short walk from the holiday home, you will find some of the area’s beautiful beaches. Start the day with a refreshing swim in the North Sea before enjoying breakfast back on the terrace. The surrounding area is perfect for scenic walks and cycling trips, with winding trails through the dune plantation around the Buried Church and the historic sea mark in Old Skagen. For mountain bike enthusiasts, the Skagen MTB trails begin not far from the house.

The Skagen area is also home to many talented artisans and workshops. In Old Skagen, you can visit jewellery designer Susanne Lanng and her studio on Niels Ottensens Vej. A visit to Skagens Museum, Anchers Hus, and Drachmanns Hus in central Skagen is also highly recommended, where you can learn more about the famous Skagen painters and admire their renowned works of art.

End the day at the iconic sunset square, where locals and visitors gather every evening to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and “clap the sun down” below the horizon. The experience is best accompanied by a large ice cream, a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine from the Sunset Kiosk.
