The well-appointed kitchen is in open connection to the combined living and dining room with an alcove and large window section. From here you have access to the partly covered terrace and sheltered terrace. For the children there is sandpit and swings and the lawn is perfect for games for kids and grown-ups alike. Besides the bathroom with whirlpool and sauna there are 3 three bedrooms. No letting to youth groups.
