Beautiful wooden house in black. Amazing holiday home for six people with an ocean view, 100 meters to the beach and a light and friendly atmosphere. A very charming holiday home with a unique location close to the beach and with a lovely ocean view from the high-located terrace in front of the house.  About the house: A lovely spacious location and a spacious home with plenty of opportunities for the family to gather together and spend some quality time together. The outside facilities include three terraces with garden furniture and lovely outside areal with dunes and Lyme grass.  with its 80 m2 it is a perfect holiday home for a family vacation. There is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed has a bathroom en suite. The two other bedrooms is furnished with two single beds in each. The second bathroom is furnished with a washing machine. The kitchen-dining-living room is the heart of the house. A light kitchen with all the modern facilities needed, a dining area -strategically located by one of the house three terrace doors. When the terrace door is open it is possible to expand the dining area with the terrace and enjoy a view over the dunes and the Lyme grass while eating. The living room is furnished with a lovely sofa corner, TV and a fireplace for the chilly nights. From the living room there is access to the two other terraces towards east and south/west.  A very light and friendly atmosphere is felt through-out the house. A great light from the outside, light walls and ceilings as well as lovely basket furniture and a smart kitchen bench -that is also suitable for storage. The house was built in 1968 and renovated in 2004 -ready to fit the frames for a lovely holiday in Aalbæk.  From the high-located terrace there is a gorgeous view over Kattegat. There is only 100 meters to the beach, and you can easily walk with a towel over your shoulders to reach the beach. The lovely surroundings leave you plenty of options for a lovely stroll, a dip in the ocean, sunbathing or sand castle building in the soft sand. After a day of activities in the nature and at the beach you can spend the last hours of sunsets while sitting on the terrace looking at the lovely sunset.
